Mowing with a Meaning (
– Business owner and cancer survivor Robert “Smokey” Page gives back to other cancer patients in a creative way. Smokey provides free lawn care, making sure that these folks have a clean, well-kept place in which to live. Mowing with a Meaning also any profits it generates from other customers to help cancer patients with various needs including minor repairs, handicap ramps, utility bills, and medicine. PetroSouth respected this innovative idea and became a sponsor in 2012 to support his efforts.

Jacob Wallace Racing (
– At just 16 years old, Jacob became a powerhouse racer in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East. He finished 10th in the Viper Series out of 42 drivers, met his 2012 goal to race in the K&N Pro Series East, and is well on his way to becoming a NASCAR drive when he turns 18. PetroSouth salutes this determined and talented young man and is proud to be part of the Jacob Wallace Racing organization.

Flint River Council – Boy Scouts ( – Scouting played a big role in the lives of PetroSouth’s founders, and we’re carrying on that tradition today. By investing in Camp Thunder (the Boy Scout camp for Flint River Council) and the councils many other programs, PetroSouth hopes to give kids for generations to come the chance to experience the education, camaraderie, and the values of the Scouts.

Georgia Oilmen’s Association – (
Our goal is to provide you with useful information about our company that we hope makes it easier for you to do business with us. The Georgia Oilmen’s Association, founded in 1933, is a state trade association dedicated to developing and encouraging high professional standards of service and conduct among petroleum wholesalers.

Georgia Association of Convenience Stores – (
Convenience store operators united together in 1973 to form The Georgia Association of Convenience Stores (GACS). Today, GACS is still governed by a board of directors consisting of 18 retail operators and two supplier members. Their mission is to advance the business success of members and the convenience store industry through advocacy, knowledge and services. That mission is reached by providing effective legislative and regulatory representation, organizing members’ grassroots efforts, offering educational opportunities, seminars and scholarships, seeking services that benefit convenience store operators, as well as, hosting multiple networking events throughout the year.
